The Process

  • Before you commit to booking an appointment, we encourage scheduling a free 20 minute video-call.

    This is a great way to gauge your preference, lifestyle and timing requirements

  • Both New and Repeat Customers are required to book an appointment with the showroom. This helps ensure we can provide the utmost care and attention to the service we provide.

    All bookings require a $200.00
    Non-refundable Deposit that will be credited towards your purchase.

    Life has twists and turns if you need to reschedule please provide at least 24HR Notice from appointment time and we will honor the deposit towards your next purchase.

  • New Clients will have full body measurements taken, and be asked to try-on sample garments to gauge fit preferences.

    Repeat Clients if needing a tune-up will bring in their previous commissions and we will update your pattern.

    If no changes are needed we will relax and create your next work of art

  • Clients will be notified when there garments are in and sent a link to schedule a second fitting.

    If any changes are to be made to the garment first time alterations are included.

    FOR BENCH-MADE
    the second fitting is our halfway mark. The garment will get repined and chalked so we can send back to our workroom for final pattern crafting.

  • Time to pick up! Wear your commission with pride and tag the Showroom online!
