Managed Cost vs.
Market Value.
Standard Commissions are built for the singular engagement. They reflect the market value of world-class tailoring and the administrative resources required for one-off builds.
In the Practice, the model shifts from a transaction to a partnership. Because Members provide an annual commitment, we remove traditional retail margins. We move to a Managed Cost model where you pay the Landed Cost of materials and labor, plus a flat fee for my technical oversight.
One is a purchase. The other is a strategy.
The Two-Tiered Structure.
01 / The Annual Retainer
Secures your seat in the Founding Fifty and locks in your inaugural rate for life. This covers pattern archiving, virtual look-book management, and guaranteed priority in the production queue.
02 / The Cost + Management
You pay the Landed Cost (fabric, labor, shipping, and tariffs) + a flat management fee based on the architecture of the garment.
Tier 1 (Suits, Sportcoats, Overcoats): $500
Tier 2 (Trousers, Denim, Heavy Knits): $200
Tier 3 (Shirts, Polos, Chinos): $100 ($300/3-Unit Minimum)
Concierge Logistics.
Frictionless Access: Your $200 booking deposit is waived. The sanctuary is always open for you.
The Pattern Lock: Once we calibrate your fit, re-ordering is a text away. No second fittings required for established patterns.
Wardrobe CTO: We track the age, wear, and utility of every piece in your closet. We tell you what you need before you realize you need it.
